3 Simple Steps to Open your ICBC Account
Step 1: Submit your online Application Form (either on ICBC Internet Banking or ICBC Mobile Banking)
Step 2: Upon successful application, you will receive your debit card and token by mail / branch collection
Step 3: Proceed to activate your debit card and internet banking

Requirement for Account Opening
1.18 years old and above;
2.Singpass Holder;
3.For Singaporean & Singapore PR - NRIC is required; For foreigners - valid pass issued by ICA (more than 6 months validity), passport (more than 6 months validity), address proof, such as PUB bill, other bank’s account statement, phone bill, etc.
4.The initial deposit of SGD500 or any other currency equivalent is required.

Disclaimer
1.Online application is only applicable for customers with Singpass;
2.All account package is bundled with complimentary two debit cards (Unionpay and Visa) and internet banking token with E-statement;
3.Dormant fee charges will apply to inactive account of more than 12 months.
