Support Measures for Individuals and SMEs affected by the COVID-19 Pandemic
 

As the COVID-19 situation persists, individuals and SMEs in Singapore are facing unprecedented challenges in the near term.

We are here by your side to support you through this difficult time. We are introducing the following relief measures for our valued customers to help ease the financial strain caused by the COVID-19 pandemic.

1. Relief Measures for SME Customers

To support our existing SME customers, we are offering the following relief options:
a) Defer principal payment and pay only interest up to 31 December 2020; or
b) Extend loan tenure by up to the corresponding principal deferment period.

Eligibility:
a) The relief measures apply to fully secured term loans; and
b) Opt in basis, for borrowers with loan repayments that are no more than 90 days past due as at 6 April 2020.

2.Relief Measures for Residential Property Loan Customers

To support our existing Residential Property Loan customers, we are offering the following relief options:
a) Defer principal payment and pay only interest up to 31 December 2020; or
b) Defer both principal and interest payments up to 31 December 2020.

Eligibility:
Customers with mortgage repayments that are no more than 90 days past due as at 6 Apr 2020.

3.Relief Measures for Credit Cards Customers

To support our existing credit cards customers, we are offering the relief option to convert their outstanding balances into term loans. Customers can choose a suitable loan tenure (Tenure of up to 5 years) based on their ability to service monthly repayment with effective interest rate capped at 8%.

Eligibility:
a) Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident; and
b) Lost 25% or more of your income after 1 February 2020 due to Covid-19; and
c) Between 30 and 90 days past due on your existing unsecured debt with the bank, and are not on any existing debt repayment or restructuring programmes with the bank.
