This SoCash Lucky Draw is open to all individual customers who satisfy the eligibility criteria below:-

Eligibility Criteria

You will be eligible for the Lucky Draw if all Steps 1, 2 and 3 are fulfilled.

Step 1: You are an individual that holds either a current or savings account with ICBC Singapore (“Account”) that is satisfactorily conducted and remains active as at Draw Date.

Step 2: Download SoCash App and register a SoCash account with your Account.

Step 3: Use SoCash app to complete at least one (1) cash withdrawal transaction (subject to withdrawal limit of SGD 600) within Promotion Period.

1 Nov 2019 - 31 Jan 2020 (both dates inclusive).

SoCash Lucky Draw (“Promotion”) Terms and Conditions
1.By participating in this Promotion, you hereby agree to the terms and conditions set out herein.

2.The Promotion is valid during Promotion Period. You must fulfill all the conditions set out in the Eligibility Criteria above to stand a chance to win one of the Lucky Draw prizes:

3.The lucky draw will be conducted on 25 Feb 2020 (“Draw Date”) at 3:00PM at our Banking Hall located at 6 Raffles Quay, #01-01, Singapore 048580 or on such other date or time or at such other venue as may be determined by ICBC Singapore.

4.The results of the lucky draw will be published on our website within ten (10) working days from the Draw Date, and a notification letter will be mailed to the winners’ last known mailing address on record with ICBC Singapore within twenty (20) working days from the Draw Date. Unless we agree otherwise, (i) winner must collect the Prize in person in accordance to the terms of the notification letter, no appeal will be entertained for late redemption of the Prize for any reason; (ii) no replacement notification letter will be issued for any damaged/ lost notification letter.

5.Winners will be selected at random by ICBC Singapore. We reserve the right to draw reserve winners to replace any winner who is or may be subsequently found at our discretion to be ineligible or disqualified (e.g. if you do not fulfill Eligibility Criteria). Under the Promotion, one winner shall only be entitled to one prize.

6.We reserve the right to replace or substitute the Prize with any other gifts of equal or similar value of our choice at any time, without prior notice to you or assigning any reason. All prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for credit, cash or in kind. We reserve the right to deal with prizes that are not collected by the winners within the stated redemption period in any manner as it deems fit, and no correspondences will be entertained.

7.All employees of ICBC Singapore directly involved in organizing or the conduct of the Promotion (or as otherwise determined by ICBC) shall not be eligible to participate in the lucky draw.
8.By participating in the Promotion, you expressly and irrevocably agree and authorize us to use and collect all personal and account information including but not limited to your particulars and transaction details for the purposes of administering and conducting the Promotion. We may take picture or recording of the collection of the Prize and this will be used for our audit purpose and future marketing and promotion purposes and you hereby consent to us doing so.

9.Promotion terms and the all aspects of the Promotion mechanism may be changed, amended, suspended or terminated any time without prior notice or reason. We will not accept any liability for any claims, loss or damage suffered by any person as a result of this Promotion.

10.ICBC Singapore does not assume any responsibility for the products and services (including the Prizes) offered under this Promotion. They are provided solely by the relevant vendors, and shall be subject to any terms and conditions as determined by the vendors. We accept no liability for any loss, injury, claim or damage suffered or incurred as a result such use. Under no circumstances shall the inclusion of any product or service in this Promotion be construed as an endorsement or recommendation of such product or service or the Prize by us.
11.Our decision in all matters relating to the Promotion is final, conclusive and binding on all participants, including without limitation to, any decision on the eligibility of any person or cancellation or suspension of the Account. Subject to and without prejudice to the generality of the foregoing, our record of the participants and/or entries shall be final, binding and conclusive for all purposes and in any legal proceedings. No correspondence or appeal will be entertained.
12.The promotional materials may be prepared in English and Chinese, in the event of inconsistency, the English version shall prevail.

13.These terms are governed by Singapore law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore. Your use of the Account is also subject to our prevailing Account Terms and our SoCash Terms and Conditions (and may be subject to changes from time to time).
