Dear Valued Customers,

In response to the latest development of the COVID-19 and MOH’s guidelines, we are enhancing our precautionary measures to minimize the risk of spread of COVID-19 to protect our staff and customers. Our branch will be conducting temperature screening and customers who are seeking to enter our premises will be required to fill in a health declaration form and maintain social distance (at least 1 meter away) from other customers when possible.

Customers who register a temperature of 38 ℃ would be refrained from entering our premises. In addition, if you or your close contacts have in the last 14 days: -

1.travelled overseas;

2.been issued with a Home Quarantine Order/ Stay Home Notice / Leave of Absence in accordance to the prevailing guidelines from the relevant authorities;

3.received a call from the relevant authorities for purposes of contact tracing;

4.had close contact with any person who has been warded for observation for COVID-19, or diagnosed as a suspected/probable case.
