ICBC Ltd Singapore Branch was established in 1993. It is the earliest ICBC overseas branch. The Branch was granted Wholesale Banking License by Monetary Authority of Singapore in 2003 and awarded with Qualifying Full Bank (QFB) licence in 2012 and has been chosen as the RMB clearing bank in Singapore,according to an announcement by the People's Bank of China on Feb 8 2013.
