Corporate Customers represent and warrant to us that they are duly incorporated and validly existing, have power and capacity to open the Account and execute related documents, and have taken all necessary corporate actions to authorize the account opening and execution of documents and the performance of obligations thereunder.

If you withdraw consent to us periodically checking you credit status with credit bureau or credit reference agency, we will not be able to continue to provide the products or services to you.

For a joint account operating on a Joint Signing Mandate and where applicable, all Joint Account holders will be issued an ATM card, debit card or any security device, token in any name called, to access electronic services. Usage of any of the above by any one of the joint account holders binds all joint account holders.

对于根据联名签署授权进行账户操作的联名账户，在适用情况下，将向所有的联名账户人发放ATM卡、借记卡或任何安全设备、任何名称的令牌，以访问电子服务。任何一名联名账户持有人适用上述任何一项对于所有联名账户持有者具有约束力。

(Mentally incapable customers)

When we are notified that an Account holder is mentally incapacitated, we are entitled to freeze the Account and all current transactions until we are satisfied that an LPA or Court Order appointing a donee or court appointed deputy is in place. We are also entitled to refuse instructions from an Account holder if our preliminary assessment is that the Account holder appears to be mentally incapable of managing his or her assets.

当我们得知账户持有人精神失常时，我们有权冻结账户和所有当前交易，直到我们确信持久授权书已生效或法院命令指定受赠人或法院指定代理人已到位。如果我们的初步评估表明账户持有人似乎在精神上无法管理其资产，我们也有权拒绝账户持有人的指示。

(Joint Account with Minor)

A minor below the age of 18 years old may open a joint Account with his or her parent. The Account so opened shall be operated singly by the parent until the minor attains the age of 18 years old.

We may provide transaction notifications to you for transactions to or from your Account on either a real-time basis or on a batched basis. You shall enable transactions notification alerts on your devices and monitor the transaction notifications to you.
