Merchant Terms and Conditions
1. Valid from now till 31 December 2024, unless otherwise stated.
2. Dining offer is valid at participating hotel-operated outlets and for food only. (Please visit here for hotel operated outlets details）.
3. Dining offer is not valid on the eve of public holidays, public holidays, other blackout dates and special occasions as determined by the hotel.
4. Advance reservation is required. ICBC Card Promotion must be quoted at time of reservation.
5. Savings do not apply to set menu, promotion menu or takeaways, liquor and beverages.
6. Prevailing taxes and service charges apply.
7. Not valid in conjunction with other offers, discounts, loyalty card, promotions or vouchers.
8. Valid for a maximum group size of 15 persons.
9. All information is correct as at the time of publication.
10. In the event of any inconsistency between the English and non-English language versions, the English language version shall prevail.
11. Merchant reserves the right at their absolute discretion to terminate the Promotion or vary, delete or add to the Promotion, or any of these terms and conditions, at any time without notice including without limitation, the dates of the Promotion.

Any dispute in relation thereof shall be resolved directly with the relevant Merchant. ICBC shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered in connection with or arising from the products and services provided by the Merchant.
