Merchant Terms and Conditions

1.  This promotion can only be redeemed on dedicated booking link. It cannot be redeemed through other channels e.g. telephone, email, corporate bookers.

2.   Bookings and payment must be made with a valid ICBC Card, and ICBC Card must be presented upon check-in for verification.

3.   Each ICBC Cardholder can book up to a maximum of 5 rooms during the Promotion Period. Booking must be strictly made under the ICBC Cardholder’s name and booking is not transferable to other guests.

4.   This promotion cannot be applied to existing room reservations or be combined with any other promotions.

5.   The value-adds, benefits or inclusions in this promotion are subject to availability.

6.   Rooms are subject to availability.

7.   Standard cancellation policy and blackout dates apply. Blackout dates: 30 Sept-3 Oct 2021 apply.

8.   All rates indicated are subjected to 10% service charge and prevailing government taxes.

9.   Merchant will not be able to exchange the discount for cash, other privileges or values-adds, nor will be able to transfer the discount to another guest.

10.  Merchant reserve the right to amend the promotion without prior notice.

4.  ICBC is not an agent of the merchant and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.

5.  ICBC shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the products and services provided by the Merchant. Any dispute in relation thereof shall be resolved directly with the relevant Merchant. ICBC shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered in connection with or arising from the products and services provided by the Merchant.

6.  ICBC reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice to Cardholders. ICBC accepts no liability for such termination.

7.  These terms and conditions are prepared in English and Chinese, in the event of inconsistencies, the English version shall prevail.
