2.  Valid for bookings via official website.
3.  Rooms are subject to availability, black-out dates may apply and advance reservation is required.
4.  Amendment and cancellation of reservations are subject to hotel’s guarantee and cancellation policy.
5.  Room reservations must be guaranteed with a valid ICBC Credit Card. The same ICBC Card must be presented upon check-in and at check-out for payment.
6.  15% savings on dining for food is only applicable to hotel operated outlets and not available at Pan Pacific London in United Kingdom, Pan Pacific Toronto, Pan Pacific Whistler Mountainside, Pan Pacific Whistler Village Centre and Pan Pacific Vancouver in Canada, BELLUSTAR TOKYO, A Pan Pacific Hotel and HOTEL GROOVE SHINJUKU, A PARKROYAL Hotel in Japan, Pan Pacific Serviced Suites and PARKROYAL Serviced Suites. 7.  Dining offer do not apply to set menu, promotion menu or takeaways, liquor and beverages. Valid for a maximum group size of 15 persons.
