With effect from 6 December 2020, ICBC Singapore Dual Currency Debit Card Agreement (“Debit Card Agreement”) will be amended. Changes to the Debit Card Agreement relates to the revision of our existing UnionPay QuickPass facility clauses. A summary of the changes are as follows.

You may effect Card Transactions through UnionPay QuickPass facility provided that the value of each Card Transaction does not exceed S$200 or such other amount as may be prescribed from time to time without further notice to you (“UnionPay QuickPass Transaction Limit”). |
