E-statement via our personal E-banking or mobile banking portal is provided for free of charge to view and download.
E-banking users (Desktop vision): “my account” -> “account enquiry” -> “monthly statement”.
Mobile banking users: “all” -> “financial assistant” -> “statement management”.
If you would like to access to personal banking or mobile banking, please kindly apply over the counter at any of ICBC Singapore’s sub-branches.
