On 7 Nov 2015, The Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (ICBC) entered into a landmark Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with International Enterprise (IE) Singapore, in which ICBC was the official e-commerce and banking partner to promote cross-border e-commerce for Business-to-Customer (B2C) and Business-to-Business (B2B) trades.
