Dear Valued Customers,

In view of the latest government measures, kindly take note that mandatory TraceTogether (TT)-only SafeEntry check-ins will be implemented with effect from 17 May 2021 (date inclusive) to bolster contact tracing efforts. Visitors at our branches will be required to check in via the TT app or token. Meanwhile, the following precautionary measures continue to be in place to minimize the risk of spread of COVID-19 to protect our staff and customers:

1.Temperature screening for customers entering the branch premises. Customers who are unwell or register a temperature of 38oc and above will be declined entry;

2.Priority services for vulnerable customers (e.g. elderly or expecting mothers);

3.Limiting entry and implementing social distancing measures to ensure that there is at least one metre spacing between customers when queuing or sitting in the branch;

4.Carrying out other safety measures such as requiring all branch staff to wear face masks and gloves, increasing frequency of sanitization of frequent contact surfaces(customer service area is sanitized four times daily), and providing hand sanitizers for customers’ usage.

Customers visiting the branch are strongly encouraged to take a queue number using our Q system instead of waiting in the branch for their turn. Customers may leave their contact numbers in our Q system and will be notified via SMS or our branch staff when it is nearing their turn.

Customers may wish to turn to our alternative channels such as Internet Banking, Mobile Banking, ATMs, SOCASH services etc. to conduct transactions instead. We highly recommend you to scan QR codes below to subscribe to our ICBC official Wechat account and download ICBC mobile banking.
