ICBC Credit Card Purchase Instalment Payment Plan (Purchase IPP) allows you to pay your retail purchases according to your Repayment Period. The IPP application must be submit at least seven (7) working days prior to the statement due date.
Once the IPP application is approved, cardmenbers can split their retail purchases into an instalment plan (up to 24-months) with a low One-Time Processing Fee and 0% interest! You have more flexibility to spend your money now!
Choose from Repayment Periods of 3 months, 6 months, 12 months or 24 months. For applications received before 31 December 2025, enjoy a promotional one-time processing fee as follows:

Do not have ICBC mobile/internet banking account? To apply, visit any of our branches personally with your NRIC, or Employment Pass/ S-Pass, and Passport.
Application will only be processed if: a. You are an existing ICBC Credit Cardmember. b. Applicable only for retail transactions. c. Must be charged to your ICBC Credit Card SGD sub-account. d. At least S$500.00 in a single transaction. e. Application Form must be submitted 7 working days before the payment due date of the relevant Credit Card Statement via over the counter or by post.
