Mastercard Travel Rewards allows ICBC Mastercard® cardholders to enjoy exclusive and seamless cashback offers when exploring the world and paying at participating in-store or online merchants at top cross border destinations.
★ Ready to Use Offer 
ICBC Mastercard cardholders shopping at participating merchants in selected destination or at eCommerce merchants will receive a cashback for the qualifying transaction. Cashback will appear as credit on your card statement within 30 days from the date of the transaction.  
★ Click to Use Offer 
ICBC Mastercard cardholders enrolling their Eligible Card on the MTR website, who make a qualifying online transaction with the enrolled Eligible Card via a designated eCommerce merchant URL link, will receive a cashback upon merchant confirmation and approval. Cashback can typically take 60-120 days appear as credit on your card statement but sometimes longer and is further subject to the merchant's terms & conditions.
★ Add to Card Offer 
ICBC Mastercard cardholders enrolling their Eligible Card on the MTR website and who click “Add to Card” on the MTR website before shopping at participating merchants, will receive a cashback for the qualifying transaction. Cashback will appear as credit on your card statement within 30 days from the date of the transaction.

Mastercard Terms and Conditions

1.The processing of cashback offers is automated by Mastercard systems, and cashback will convert to SGD currency credit to your card statement within 120 days or longer depending on the Merchant’s terms and conditions.
2.By participating in Mastercard Travel Rewards, cardholder acknowledges that eligible transactions are limited to those processed by Mastercard with respect to the country of transaction (destination markets) and can only be made with a qualifying Mastercard branded card issued in the home market. A qualifying transaction or eligible purchase is one where a cardholder makes a purchase that meets the cashback offer's published criteria. These criteria include the use of an enrolled Mastercard at a participating merchant, paying in the specified currency, and satisfying all of the applicable terms and conditions stated in the offer’s advertising. Dynamic currency conversion transactions are not eligible for Mastercard Travel Rewards offers.
3. If you cancel or refund a purchase after the cashback has been allocated to you, Mastercard reserve the right to deduct such cashback from your account.
4.The cashback rates offered by merchants may vary from time to time, resulting in a slight discrepancy between the cashback rate indicated and the final cashback rate received. Please refer to your account summary page for the final cashback amount.
5.Promotion is subject to these Terms and Conditions, ICBC Singapore’s Terms and Conditions and each individual Merchant’s Terms and Conditions. The terms of each promotion offered under Mastercard Travel Rewards will vary depending on the Merchants.

1.ICBC means Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited.
2.Mastercard Travel Rewards is valid from 1 October 2023 until 30 September 2024.
3.Payment must be made using an ICBC Chinese Zodiac Mastercard Credit Card or ICBC Global Travel Mastercard Credit Card issued by ICBC Singapore Branch.
4.ICBC is not an agent of the participating Merchants and shall not accept any liability in relation thereto.
5.ICBC shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability, or fitness for purpose of the products and services provided by the participating Merchants. Any dispute in relation thereof shall be resolved directly with the relevant Merchant. ICBC shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage, or harm suffered in connection with or arising from the products and services provide by the participating Merchants.
6.ICBC reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice to Cardholders. ICBC accepts no liability for such termination.
7.Access to and use of hyperlinks to third party websites from a link available on our website is at your own risk. ICBC is not responsible for the content, accuracy and security of these websites.
8.These terms and conditions are prepared in English and Chinese, in the event of inconsistencies, the English version shall prevail.
