1.ACRA Business Profile； 
ACRA 业务简介;

2.Reference letter (dated within the last three (3) months from date of application) from a bank operating in Singapore;
本地营业的银行三（3）个月以内的推荐信;

3.Certified true copies of the following documents (as applicable to the type of business entity): -
根据实体类型提供以下文件的核证副本：-

(a)    Constitution or Memorandum and Articles of Association/ By-laws of the entity;
公司章程或细则;

(b)    Certificate of Incorporation/ Registration;
注册证明文件；

(c)    Audited financial statements for the latest 3 financial years;
近3年审计报表；

(d)    Identification documents (e.g. NRIC or Passport) of all (i) authorised signatories and (ii) ultimate beneficial owners (no certifying of his/her own identification document); and
所有（i）授权签字人及（ii）最终受益人的身份证件（如身份证或护照） （不可见证自己的身份证明文件）；及

(e)    Identification documents of at least two (2) directors.
至少两（2）名董事的身份证明文件。


4.All the following information pertaining to intermediate and ultimate parent company:
以下所有与中间及最终母公司相关的信息：

(a)    its full name;
公司全称；

(b)its incorporation number, business registration number or tax identification number or its equivalent;
公司注册号、商业登记号或税务识别号（或同等编号）；

(c)its registered or business address, and if different, its principal place of business;
注册地址或营业地址；若主要营业地点不同，则还需提供主要营业地址；

(d)its date of constitution, incorporation or registration;
成立、注册或登记日期；

(e)its place of incorporation or registration;
成立或注册地；

(f)a copy of the trust deed (or its equivalent)(if any);
信托契约（或同等文件）副本（如有）；

(g)the purpose for which the legal person or legal arrangement was set up;
主体或法律协议设立的目的；

(h)the place from where the legal person or legal arrangement is administered; and
主体或法律协议的管理地点；及

(i)the legal form, constitution and powers that regulate and bind the legal person or legal arrangement.
规范并约束该主体或法律协议的法律形式、章程及权限。
