Merchant Terms and Conditions
1. 10% Discount on Private Dining Rooms quoted minimum charge, price starts from SGD400++ and corkage fee waived on the first 750ml bottle of wine excluding Father's Day, Mother's Day, New Year's Eve, New Year Day, Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. Not valid on eve Public Holiday and Public Holiday.
2. Cardholders are required to settle their bills with a valid ICBC Credit Card to enjoy the discount.
3. Service charges and government tax are not eligible for the discount.
4. This offer is not valid in conjunction with other offers, promotions or with the Restaurant & Bar voucher.
5. For confirmation of the Private Room, we would require SGD200 deposit advance payment.
6. Your reservation is tentative and subject to table availability after we have received your deposit.
7. Any changes to the number of guests must be notified to us at least 3 days prior to the dining date. Failing which, charges will be based on the initial reservation number despite the decrease in number of guests. Confirmation of reservation is subject to table availability.
8. Any changes to the dining date must be notified to us at least 3 days prior to the original dining date. Confirmation of reservation is subject to table availability.
9. The deposit will be used to offset the total bill and no refund will be made to you should there be any balance amount after deducting the deposit.
10. Full refund will be made to you for cancellation notified to us at least 7 days prior to the dining date. However, 2.5% admin fee will be charged for processing of refund.
11. Full deposit to be forfeited for cancellation notified to us less than 7 days prior to the dining date.
12. For accumulation of Shangri-La Circle (SLC) points, SLC members must present your membership number via the Shangri-La app to our service staff at the restaurants for verification and scanning of QR code.
13. The management reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
14. In the event of any disagreement, dispute, or interpretation arising from or in connection with this promotion, the Hotel reserves the right to make the final decision.

2. Payment must be made using an ICBC Credit Card (including cards issued by ICBC Branches worldwide).
3. This promotion is subject to these Terms and Conditions and the Merchant’s Terms and Conditions.
4. ICBC is not an agent of the Merchant and will not accept any liability in relation thereto.
5. ICBC shall not be responsible for the quality, merchantability or fitness for purpose of the products and services provided by the Merchant. Any dispute in relation thereof shall be resolved directly with the relevant Merchant. ICBC shall not be held liable for any loss, injury, damage or harm suffered in connection with or arising from the products and services provided by the Merchant.
6. ICBC reserves the right to terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice to Cardholders. ICBC accepts no liability for such termination.

8. These terms and conditions are prepared in English and Chinese, in the event of inconsistencies, the English version shall prevail.
