Merchants Terms and Conditions
1. ICBC Cardholders (excluding CEA Friends credit card cardholders) immediately qualifies  for Yue Hwa Prestige membership (or similar top tier should the membership program be restructured) (“Membership”） with validity until 28 February 2024.
2. Membership registration is at Yue Hwa Chinatown, Level 3.
With Membership, ICBC Cardholders (excluding CEA Friends credit card cardholders) will be entitled to full benefits including a 3% rebate with minimum spend of S$68 in terms of membership points and discounts for specific products. 
3. Rebates can only be used to offset as cash for next purchase on the following day.
4. The rebate is not applicable to purchase of alcohol and cigarettes.
5. Supplementary card holders are also entitled to sign up as a Yue Hwa Prestige member.
6. Benefits apply to all Yue Hwa Chinese Products Pte Ltd Singapore stores only.

 Yue Hwa established in 1993 in Singapore after acquiring the building formally known as the Great Southern Hotel.  Back in the early days, the building was also better known as the Nam Tin Hotel in Chinatown. Renamed Yue Hwa Building, it was converted into a department store which opened on 9 October 1996. The facade was retained as it was gazetted by URA for conservation. For its conservation and restoration work, Yue Hwa Building won URA's Architectural Heritage Award in 1997.

7. These terms and conditions are prepared in English and Chinese, in the event of inconsistencies, the English version shall prevail.
